Delete your account and your data

Delete it in the app

1. Open Yazsın.
2. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Privacy and data.
4. Tap Delete your account at the bottom.
5. Confirm when it asks Delete your account?

It's deleted at once. If you use Yazsın without signing in, with the private account it made for you, you delete it in the same place.

You can then remove Yazsın from your phone. What it kept on the phone goes with the app.

Ask by email

If you can't get into the app, for example because you changed phones, write Delete my account to merhaba@yazsin.com.

So we can find your account, write from the email address you signed in with, or the address of your Google or Apple account.

We do it within 30 days at the latest and write back to you.

What is deleted?

• Your History: the texts Yazsın wrote for you.
• Your notes and meeting notes.
• The words in My words, and your fixes.
• Your usage numbers.
• Your sign-in record: your email address, or your Google or Apple link. If it can't be deleted right then, it's tried again until it is.

What stays for a short time

• So a deleted account can't be opened again with an old sign-in, a code made from your sign-in ID is kept for 7 days.
• If a fix that many people made became a rule for everyone, that rule isn't tied to you and stays. It doesn't contain your name.

Deleting only some of it

Without deleting your account, you can delete your History, a single text, your notes, your words and your fixes. What is kept: this article.
